It’s not a bar. Not a studio. Not a think tank. It’s a combination of all the above – but with added value, done in its own way.
Prostor Klubovna is not a safe space. It is a real space!
In spring 2024, Prostor Klubovna was founded by Jan & Marek in a Prague-Vinohrady villa with stucco ceilings and a spirit that can be summed up like this:
Bringing smart people together, behind closed doors, in English, without pretense.
Fewer canapés, more ideas.
Fewer roundtables, more sharp questions.
A place where big business meets big politics – both on stage and in the audience.
In its first months of operation, Prostor Klubovna hosted speakers such as U.S. Assistant Secretary of State James C. O’Brien, Polish Deputy Prime Minister Jadwiga Emilewicz, General Karel Řehka, German Minister for Europe Gunther Krichbaum, economist Charles Lichfield from the Atlantic Council, and top hacker Emerson Tan.
The audience regularly includes Czech business leaders, diplomats, young professionals – and ambassadors from the United States, Israel, and Germany. Czechs and foreigners alike.
We deliberately and consciously invite people with diverse views – conservatives and progressives, idealists and pragmatists.
Why? Because Klubovna is not a safe space. It is a real space!

The venue also includes its own studios – professionally equipped and ready for podcast recording, debates, and media production.
We create our own content, deliver powerful interviews, and host events that aren’t afraid to dig deep.
Our discussions aren’t one-way – we invite guests, but the audience asks questions too.
The formats vary: closed breakfasts, live recordings, evening jam sessions, podcasts with a live audience, or quiet conversations about hard topics.
